Leon Yee

Mr Yee is the Chairman and Managing Director of Duane Morris & Selvam. He serves as the Global Head of Corporate for Duane Morris & Selvam and leads the Banking & Finance and Energy Practice Groups as well as the Firm’s China Practice Group.

Mr. Yee is an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a Solicitor of England and Wales and has been recognized as a highly regarded lawyer in various forums and was included in Asia’s Brightest Young Legal Minds – Top 40 Under 40 – Asia Legal Business 2015.

Mr. Yee serves as an Independent Director of various companies including SGX-listed Federal International (2000) Ltd, SGX-listed F J Benjamin Holdings Limited and Laura Ashley Holdings PLC, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Mr. Yee read Law at Christ’s College, Cambridge University.
